    • Meest stevige zitting KSEM™ biedt een 4-wanden zitting voor de wisselplaat voor stabiliteit, gatkwaliteit en langere levensduur.
    • Inwendige koelmiddel toevoer dichtbij de snijkant voor verbeterde levensduur, diameter finish en spaanafvoer.
    • Wisselplaten moeten van dezelfde zitting afmeting zijn als de houder waarop het gebruikt word. Voor elke zitting afmeting is een voorkeur (=BEST PASSEND) voor houders van een bepaalde wisselplaat diameter. De uitsteeklengte van de wisselplaat naar de houder mag 0.0098” (0,25mm) per kant niet overschrijden. Grotere uitsteeklengte is mogelijk maar beperkt de prestatie, stevigheid en efficiënte spaanafvoer. We raden aan altijd de dichtstbij zijnde passende te gebruiken, speciaal bij bewerking van langspanig materiaal.
