A ferramenta de furação e escareamento HiPACS é um sistema exclusivo de alta precisão e alcança tolerância de escareamento angular de 1 grau em aplicações de furos de fixação aeroespacial.

Projetado para ser fixado em um mandril hidráulico padrão, o HiPACS consiste em três componentes padrão prontos para uso:

  • A pinça redutora HiPACS, que apresenta alojamento de encaixe de alta precisão integrado para um inserto de escareamento.
  • Inserto de escareamento HiPACS PCD
  • Brocas de metal duro sólidas HiPACS com geometria de ponta SPF e DAL.

Este sistema fácil de montar reduz o custo por furo, pois a broca e o inserto do chanfro podem ser indexados independentemente um do outro.
Substitui a broca escalonada especial de valor elevado, separa a vida útil da ferramenta e o custo do inserto e da broca.
